I'm passionate about teaching preschool!
Hi! I'm Miss Christine and I'm the owner of Teensy Weensy ABCS & 123s Online Preschool. In addition to all the fantastic teachers in Preschool Club, I'll be your child's personal preschool teacher. So after you join, I'll stay in close contact to make sure you have a great experience!
For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted to be a teacher.
I’m a mom of 3 little ones with an Associates, Bachelors, and Masters degree in Elementary Education and Special Education with a Language Arts Concentration from Genesee Community College and Roberts Wesleyan College. I also have my TESOL certificate. I have 20 years of teaching experience. I have taught Kindergarten for 5 years & online 1 year, ESL Online for 2.5 years while being a stay at home mom, taught multiple aged Sunday School classes, ran and designed the Summer YMCA Recreation Program, homeschooled 4 missionary children for a year in all subjects, substitute taught K-12th grade, and have taught preschool to my own children & others over the last 9 years. We are in our 3rd year of Teensy Weensy Virtual/Online Preschool! It has been a blast! I am currently tutoring K-12th grade through the NYS Genesee Valley BOCES system while I run my own school. I also speak Spanish & have a native Spanish teacher who is a part of our preschool, so you will get the bilingual experience too! I believe in hands on learning that is educational and super fun, while fostering an early love of learning and creativity. Outside of the classroom, I love reading, sing, playing the piano, cooking, baking, and hiking/traveling with my family.
